I have Multiple years of experience leading groups and organizing activities that specialize in Child Development. My work with infant through Junior High school children for the past 14 years has taught me to lead with patience, kindness, and compassion. Working with children of all different ages, I know that compassion and understanding are always necessary. While I am passionate about helping others, I know that organization and structure are important to achieving any sort of progress. Routine is necessary and is something I am consistent with in my approach. My skills also include working with students who have mental and physical disabilities. I am deeply passionate about working with people of all ages to help them to achieve their goals, I am most partial to working with children. They deserve to be heard and seen always. Also from the Children's Museum I am trained in LGBTQ Gender Expression, Play For All Sensitivity Disability, and Diversity training. I am highly organized and dependable person who can be counted on to do what is best for my employer and those associated with the organization. I enjoy challenges, working with others, and helping people succeed. Taking direction and offering sincere, kind direction to those in need are strengths that I posses. Seeing children succeed is one of my greatest pleasures.
