We have an 8 y.o. son and baby twin girls. Melanie has helped us with evening babysitting for all three kids, and helps regularly for multiple days a week for full day care of the twins. Melanie has an extremely positive demeanor and is a self-starting, independent, and hard working helper. She is great with the kids and is always looking for any additional tasks that would help out the family and the home on her own. We never have to remind her of items that need to be done and we never have to police her about using her phone, etc.

Melanie is great! She helped us with our almost-two-year old when he had a few days of daycare closure. She's warm and fun, and our son bonded with her quickly. Also, Melanie is a good communicator, prompt, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
