My name is Anett, and I have experience caring for and teaching children! I am a responsible, knowledgeable, creative, nature-loving, trustworthy, and caring 29-year-old. I have two Bachelor's degrees: Environmental Studies and Geography (specializing in education), with a minor in Public Administration. Throughout my life I have been a babysitter/nanny for children and toddlers. I have also taught pre-school - 6th graders in a community garden and nature center for a few years. My experience of being a childhood educator helps make me a great nanny/babysitter because I know certain teaching tools and provide guidance that can help foster a child's educational and brain development. This is vital during these stages of their life. Besides inspiring an interest in learning and creativity in children/toddlers I also have experience in preparing meals (especially healthy meals), taking care of children's needs, picking them up from school/driving them to school, organizing fun and artistic activities with them, enjoy time outdoors, tutoring/homework help, being there for them during difficult emotional moments, communicating well with them, acting fast to get them care in case of medical emergency, taking care of a house, as well as taking care of pets in the house (since I also have years of professional petcare experience). I view children/toddlers as they are in a caring, understanding and supportive way. I see them as unique individuals with their own personalities, skills, knowledge, interests, emotions, and talents that should be supported and fostered. Every child has certain skills/interests they have based on their behavior and words that I can pick up on and help work with. I also make sure to follow the wishes of the parent(s) to ensure best care. My other qualifications include: -I'm bilingual (first language is English, and second learned language is Polish) -I have a reliable car -I had CPR training (that I will soon renew) -Have past experience working independently with great time management skills and reliable attendance to work -I am knowledgable in childhood behavioral development -I have a passion for caregiving, teaching, inspiring and connecting with others
