I have been working in childcare for over ten years! My main focus has been working with infants and toddlers. I love to include activities that promote development while children are in my care as well as giving lots of love, cuddles, and singing lots of songs. I pride myself in giving excellent care for the children I nanny for and can provide great references!

Tiffany is amazing. As a school principal, each year I interview hundreds of applicants from some of the most prestigious colleges across the nation for positions on my team. With that context, I can say that Tiffany is truly exceptional and within the top 5% of people who I interview. She is joyful. She is loving. She is gritty. She is smart. She is a woman of integrity. I am forever grateful to her for caring for (and practically raising) my 3-year old son, who is thoughtful, patient, well-mannered, independent, and joyful because of her. To tell you more about our family, our son, Colin, is 3 years old and our daughter, Sophie, is a 1 year old. Tiffany has worked full time for our family since Colin was just 7 weeks old. With our son starting pre-school and Tiffany looking for more flexible schedule, with heavy hearts, we will part ways in January. I know, however, that she will forever be in our lives because of the deep bond that she shares with our family. You can see from her resume that she has extensive experience caring for newborns and toddlers. What cannot be qualified on her resume is how amazing she is at doing this. At her core, she is a humble, thoughtful, kind, and incredibly fun, playful person. Couple this with intelligence and incredible instincts around child-rearing and the outcome is children who light up to see her at the beginning of the day and who are sad to see her leave at the end of the day. Why is this? She creates a disciplined and warm environment where children thrive. She sings. She hugs. She plays. She is always engaged with them, playing, running around, laughing. She listens to them and asks them questions to push their thinking and creativity. She holds them accountable to being kind, using good manners, and being thoughtful of others - developing children of character, integrity, and empathy. I am happy to serve as a reference.
