Tetyana has been a wonderful addition to our family and we highly recommend her. She started working with us when our two sons were 4yo and 3.5yo, respectively, and she’s now been with us for almost a year. We are sending our kids to school, which is why we no longer need her to care for the kids. Tetyana has been amazing with our very energetic boys and we cannot say enough good things about her. She loves kids and we can see how much she cares for ours. She works hard and is always on time. She’s calm and patient when the kids get crazy, but she also has the energy to keep up with them. Tetyana was a teacher for a very long time and we greatly benefited from her experience because she applied all her knowledge to do arts, crafts and science experiments that the kids not only enjoyed, but also learned a lot from. She works hard during the day and continues to think about activities for the kids after work and brings new ideas the next day. We also love that she works with my husband and me as a team to set goals for the kids, as well as address any challenge we would encounter - whether it was potty training, behavior issues, etc. She went with what we wanted but also gave suggestions based on her experience.
