I am an elementary education major at UIC and I have 5 years of child care experience working with a wide age range of children from 3-16 years old. I spent three years working as a camp counselor at a stem based summer camp and three years in California at an international summer camp for English language learners. I also worked at my local park district summer camp and the before/after school program for two years, where I also gained experience in tutoring. All of these positions have taught me leadership skills and responsibility. Best of all, I learned that I love working with children. Some of my special interests are cooking, art, and spending time outdoors, but I am open to all kinds of summer fun!
