We hired Antonia to look after our 4 year old son after school for a month, and she was excellent. Our 4 year old has special needs and can melt down over minor and unexpected things, but Antonia took that easily in stride. We ended up hiring her to babysit all three of our kids--11, 4 and 3--overnight for a weekend trip. We found Antonia intelligent, polite, caring, and punctual. She asked smart questions as necessary, but was clearly comfortable operating independently for long periods of time. When we needed to work from home, she could take our son on hours-long outings to local parks and playgrounds. Our kids, especially our 4 year old, greatly enjoyed their time with her. He would get so excited every time she arrived! We can happily give Antonia our unqualified recommendation.
