Hi there, I’m Emily! I've been seeking my next baby sitting opportunity with a wonderful family. I’m a kind, compassionate, and caring person born and raised in the west-coast. As the oldest of my siblings, caregiving has always been a part of my day-to-day. So, naturally, I turned to childcare as my profession and I’ve never looked back. I am looking to go into Pediatric Occupational Therapy in my graduate pursuit as well. My background caring for infants, toddlers, and youth started when I worked as a K-12 neurodivergent swim instructor in high school. In college, I upgraded to working with children in the greater Metropolitan Lakeview Area during the mornings and evenings as a Youth Development & Enrichment Instructor at the YMCA. I am CPR & First Aid certified and ultimately I love being able to bring laughs, smiles, and friendship to every child I care for. In my Read more free time, I enjoy swimming, going to my local gym, thrift shopping, and volunteering at the local Down Syndrome Playhouse to spend time with its open community of children/adults as a math tutor and advocacy ally.
