Hi, my name is Kyra and I’m working towards my masters degree in early childhood education, but I love working with children of all ages! I’ve been babysitting for over 10 years and have 2 years of Pk-8th grade teaching experience in CPS. I’m hoping to teach preschool full-time this fall. I’m very comfortable working with children with learning disabilities as I am neurodivergent myself. My undergrad degree is in music education, so I’m happy to give music lessons if your children are interested. As for my personal background, I am originally from Austin, Texas. I grew up in a blended Vietnamese and Jewish household, and I love to cook! I’m also proficient in Spanish. In my free time I love to sing, play piano, and play volleyball.
