Amber has/ is caring for my 14 month old two days a week and she has been great. She is full of energy and you can tell that she really has a passion for caring for toddlers. When I come home my son is exhausted, in a good way, because she plays with him all day. I had spoken with one of her references who she nannied for quite awhile and they had glowing reviews about her and were very sad when she left. So far I am very happy that we found her. She also has a lot of experience for her age and I feel very comfortable leaving my son's care in her hands.

I had a great interview with Amber and scheduled her to come babysit my four month old while I went to an important work meeting downtown. I was waiting for her to arrive when I noticed she was five minutes late. Then ten minutes late. I picked up my phone to call her and then looked at my email just in case she had written. There was an email from her only an hour before our scheduled meeting time saying she had gotten called in to work early and couldn't make it. She also had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I had to cancel my meeting, which had big consequences for me. I'm actually glad this happened because I don't want someone this immature taking care of my child.
