Carmen is absolutely great. She babysat our 19-month-old baby girl who was a little under the weather and everything went perfectly. Carmen is on top of our list to contact. She was prompt, communicative, very good with our little one, sent pics from their outing at the park. We felt like we were in good, capable hands. Go with Carmen! Enough said.

Carmen is professional, thorough, and a delight to work with! We adore having her watch our 2 girls because she understands the value of a good routine and also getting the kids outside to play and experience the world.

Carmen was an incredibly nanny for our 15 month old. She was with him from 5-15 months. We are moving, and unfortunately Carmen is unable to come with. Carmen is incredibly compassionate, and was a blessing to have watch our son. She was never once late, and always arrived at least 5 minutes early. Her enthusiasm for the job was evident from the moment she walked in the door. Our son would light up when he heard the door open in the morning, and would immediately go walk to greet her. Carmen loves spending time outdoors, as does our son. She has worked in the neighborhood for a long time now, and knew of endless activities to bring our son to. She watched our son from 5 months through 16, and assisted in different transitions that he was going through. As new parents, she had great suggestions on how to overcome things we have never dealt with. Her experience with children was apparent, as she has a solution for everything. We will miss Carmen so much, as will our son.

Carmen worked for us full time for several weeks while my husband recovered from surgery and she was so helpful we kept her on part-time and use her any time we have an excuse for needing more help. She is quite expert at handling our one year old twin boys, who can be a handful. She is very active and spends lots of time with them outdoors and doing activities. She always goes the extra mile and does laundry and picks up while they are sleeping, without us even asking her to. It's such a treat to come home from work to a clean house and well-taken care of kids. We wish we could afford to keep her forever. Any family would be lucky to have her.

She kept a very active baby boy busy with many great interactive and active experiences and took very loving care of him as if he was her own.
