I feel I bring a lot to my positions as a result of all of my past experience and teaching positions. I am not big on t.v. I believe in keeping children busy with lots of fun activities such as arts and crafts, reading, singing, games, learning activities to work on letters, shapes, etc. I have a degree in child development, I know baby sign language, and I have over 19yrs of experience working with young children. (including babysitting, work in childcare centers, and nannying)

Melissa has been our part-time nanny for over a year now. She is amazing. Melissa has a strong early childhood background ;she taught our daughter sign language so that she could communicate with us before speaking. She is on-time, professional, has a lot of experience. More importantly, she's thoughtful and has become part of our family. She keeps our toddler busy with amazing art projects. She knows my daughter's habits and works really well with me keep her loved, happy, and on a regular schedule. She's a great asset to our family and potentially yours.
