Since I was a child I enjoyed outdoor activities, playtime, music. I'm a responsible, dependable, patient, creative caring adult with nursing background. I believe that every child is unique and deserves a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment in which to grow, learn, and thrive. My approach to childcare is based on respect, patience, and encouragement. I aim to support each child's emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate play, positive guidance, and consistent routines. I see myself not just as a caregiver, but as a trusted partner in the child’s journey. I encourage independence, creativity, and curiosity while providing comfort and security. Children learn best when they feel loved and understood, so I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with both the child and the family. I always listen carefully to their instructions, routines, and preferences, because they know their child best. At the same time, I share my professional observations, opinions, and suggestions based on my experience, especially if I notice something that could benefit the child’s development or well-being. Clear and open communication is important to me. I provide regular updates and am always willing to adjust based on the family’s needs. My goal is to create a supportive, consistent environment for the child, and that can only happen when parents and caregivers work as a team. - Worked as a registered nurse and midwife in Czech Republic and Germany. - Experienced nanny with 20+ years in the USA; long-term roles with 4 families, newborn to teens.
