My name is Ashley Meyers. I recently graduated from SIUE with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and have a license to teach in the state of Illinois. Working with children is one of my life long passions that ultimately lead me to pursue a degree in teaching. Caring for and helping children grow is something that I have studied and feel confident doing. I am always willing to help students with school work and am a huge proponent for reading. Reading is something I will strongly encourage in my future classroom due to its immense impact on children's ability throughout all school work. Reading is something I would like to set time aside for when working with your child if you see fit. I am also always willing to get your child outside and active. Running around outside is something I grew up doing.
