We extended an offer to Jennifer to join our family. We interviewed 17 nannies and she was the absolute most capable and loving. In the end our existing nanny asked to extend her term with us for 6 months so Jen didn't officially join us full time. However I would absolutely bring her aboard full time once we have a need again. She was very warm but also had extensive knowledge and skill as a nanny.
