Hi! My name is Nikki Powell. I am a 20 year old college student and I attend Illinois State University. I love working with kids so I am perusing a major in social work! Nikki sat for my three girls (13, 12 and 8) and made an immediate connection with all three. She is friendly and warm. Nikki involves herself and is engaged in whatever the girls are doing whether it is playing board games or playing outside. My girls love having Nikki over. She is able to seamlessly juggle their various needs that come with their different ages. Nikki is also very intuitive about keeping our home organized and tidy. She has a strong work ethic and is very reliable and prompt on arriving for a job. Nikki has exceptional communication skills and is very easy to talk with. She listens carefully and asks questions and is always very happy. We look forward to having Nikki sit for us whenever the need comes up.
