Paula was quick to respond to me and took the time to meet us ahead of time before the day I needed her. She's kind and caring and willing to get down on the floor to play. She remembered my toddler liked nail polish and brought her a little set of nail polishes and a little apron to play in. My toddler hasn't stopped asking about Miss Paula since!
