I have been working with children as a babysitter since I was 12 years old. Throughout the years, I have enjoyed my time getting to know different families and babysit for a variety of different people. In high school, I was a summer basketball camp coach for girls entering grades 2-6. Coaching is something I continue to be passionate about and would love to continue in the future. In addition, I have experience working with children and teenagers with disabilities through my work as a summer sports camp counselor at Ray Graham Association. That was also an incredibly rewarding experience and one I will never forget. Currently, I have two jobs. I work as a residential counselor at a psychiatric facility for children and young adults ages 6-21 full-time. I also have a part-time position at Kid Zone, a before and after school program, at a local elementary school. I Read more have worked with children for 10 years and plan to do so the rest of my life. I am CPR and First-Aid certified and am trained in Crisis Intervention.
