In my past 30 years experience with caring for children I have cared for babies straight home from the hospital up until 11 years old during my time with various families. I have helped families with difficult transisitions in life from a child having hip dysplasia to a mom of twins adapt to a new area. When I become apart of a family's daily life I incorporate their parenting style so we are all on the same page, communication is very important. I am CPR certified, also an excellent swimmer. I am focused, hard worker who is excited to come to work to help your child/children learn and grow.I enjoy doing crafts and art play with children, that introduces them to lots of different textures. One of my favorite activities to do with kids is to have a container filled with rice and have different objects for them to find. Read more The kids can also use it to measure and fill up bowls and dump the rice. My passion is to help children grow in their strengths and help strengthen their weak areas. Reading to children daily is essential for their growth. Playing outside daily is important to a child's development. After all these years I still have a strong passion to partner with families to help you raise your children. In my free time I love doing water sports such as kayaking and water skiing. I also enjoy going to the gym and going on hikes.
