Currently a nursing major at the University of Missouri, I am in my senior year. Along with many years of babysitting for neighbors and friends, I come from a very large extended family, and have helped cared for my younger cousins, including one with a medical condition. Also, through my work at a preschool, clinical and volunteering experiences at 2 VA hospitals and the Ronald McDonald House, I have had the privilege of working with many families and children of many ages.
