Hi! My name is Bryanna, but you can also call me Bry for short. I currently go to school at Binghamton University in upstate NY for Environmental Science and minoring in Studio Art. Since I was able to walk, I always loved art. Anything from drawing to painting to even crafting, I have done nearly everything. And with art, I love sharing it with others especially kids. I love to connect with people and make them laugh; I really enjoy seeing kids happy. I love being a Nanny because I would consider myself a very nurturing and caring person who loves to give my attention to kids. Making a safe space for kids are one of my top priorities. However, I am not opposed to slow down to smell the roses once in a while. And when it comes down to it, I keep myself disciplined at keeping the task at hand. When I have time for myself, I do like to relax and spend time making art, but I usually like to spend time with my friends or family when I have the chance. Usually, I'm very easy going and don't like to make a big deal over something small. I have been Nannying on and off for about 5 years. This past summer I was a nanny for a lovely family with three amazing children. The ages of the children were 7 years old, 5 years old, and 22 months. With these kids, I was able to work and spend time with them, watching them grow in only a summer and loved to get to know them. Especially the two eldest sons who had autism. Even in previous years, I have worked with children with behavioral issues, which made this experience go very smoothly. I have experience working with special needs and food sensitive children since the beginning of my nannying career. Additionally, I would like to add that I am about to re-new my CPR certification and I am a non-smoker as well. Overall I would say I am a cheery and fun person who likes to stay positive. And when the situation is serious, I have a good sense of self-awareness. Making sure that others are okay and helping problem solve is definitely a top priority.
