Hi ! My name is Isabell and I am looking to be a full time nanny. I live in Normal, and attend online school at Heartland Community College so your kids would have my full attention. My experience with children started very young. I grew up raising my three younger brothers as there was a big age gap, and also have a four year old sister who is attached to my hip whenever I'm around. Having fun in raising my siblings led me to pursuing it for a career path. In high school, I had a teaching internship working at the in-school daycare called "Petite Porter Preschool" at Lockport Township high school for two years. My tasks included making up different activities to keep the toddlers occupied everyday, creating fun snacks, learning how the child brain works at all different ages, and engaging in educational play with 2-4 year olds. Read more I got a babysitting job halfway through highschool during the summers for two kids ages 2 and 3. It was full time so I would spend morning to night with these little guys. I did everything from making fun-shaped pancakes for breakfast in the morning to tucking them in and reading bedtime stories. I was also an Elementary Education major at Illinois State University. It completely broadened my knowledge of taking care of and understanding kids since it is mainly an education major centered college. In addition, I used to work as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) for elders as an in-home personal caretaker for a company called Health Advocates in Palos Heights, Illinois. I just love taking care of people! I promise your kids would be in the best hands, and my bubbly personality would keep them occupied all day. :)
