Hi my name is Jocelyn! I am a freshman currently studying Early Childhood Education at the College of Lake County. While it says my years of "paid child care experience" are zero, I have had years of working with children. Throughout middle school and high school, I helped instruct martial arts to children of all ages, with some having had cognitive development problems. I taught swim lessons to infants and toddlers during the summer of 2017, I took a preschool course senior year in High School which helped me to plan lessons for children and interact with the children hands-on. My most recent child care experience has been observing a Kindergarten class at a nearby elementary school.
