We had an in house interview that I had thought went well. Michelle did state that she had another family she would be meeting with; I appreciated her openness. After giving her time to complete that interview we ended up offering her the position. She did no reply - at all. Not to say she took another job, that she didn't think our family was a fit, nothing. Felt it was handled unprofessionally and that I wasted time.
