Hi! I love caring for children because I know I am making an impact of great significance in their lives. I am a fun, creative, dependable, and loving childcare provider. My husband and I have been blessed with two beautiful girls, ages 11 and 7, as well as three cats. For the past several years, I have either taught or cared for children of all ages and developmental levels (infants to school-age children). I believe that structure and routine are very important in a child's life, as well as love and learning. Six years ago, I chose to leave my position as a preschool teacher to be a stay-at-home mom and raise my daughter. Since then I have been a full-time nanny for 3 families and a part-time babysitter for another 3 different families in my neighborhood. I have cared for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. I have taken children to Read more school, planned outings and activities, cooked meals and snacks, changed diapers and potty trained. Currently, I work as a substitute teacher. However, my hours can be flexible and I can be open to provide childcare in my home or come to yours. My ideal goal is to care for one or two children, either full-time or part-time.
