I am Ella, a passionate Junior at DePaul University, juggling the fascinating worlds of academia and entrepreneurship. Currently double majoring and running my own startup marketing company, I'm on the lookout for an opportunity to bring joy, creativity, and a helping hand into your family's life as a nanny or babysitter. With six years of paid experience spanning from the tiniest tots to teenagers, I've discovered the magic in tailoring care to each child's unique needs. I am a firm believer that children shouldn’t not be on any devices, and usually create a a schedule for each of my children to teach them time management, new skills as well as learning to have a routine.In high school, I founded a club dedicated to supporting kids facing challenges with homework and learning difficulties.
