We interviewed Tracie for our nanny position both over the phone and in person. We really liked her and had nothing but positive experiences with her during these interactions. We agreed to hire her as our nanny and coordinated the details with her via phone prior to her first day. On her first day she did not show up or contact us in anyway. We had texted her the night before to confirm everything still worked for her and texted and called her the morning of with no response and were left without childcare so we had to make alternative arrangements very last minute. We are very disappointed in Tracie's lack of professionalism as a simple text letting us know things no longer worked on her end would have sufficed.
