I am currently a senior at Illinois State University and I am graduating this year in December. I am majoring in Middle Level Education with endorsements in language arts, social studies, and English as a second language (ESL). I am looking for a nanny position this summer! I am available five days a week anytime after 1 p.m. and most weekends. . I have had lots of experience working with infants of through children of 15 years of age. I have gained experience through working as a head counselor at JCC Apachi Day Camp to first graders for two summers, worked at Lamb2Lamb daycare at the Calvary United Methodist church in Normal, IL for infants during the school year, I have babysat for over 10 years for various families, I was involved in college mentors for kids at Illinois State, for two summers I was am intern in the finance Read more department at the Village of Northbrook, and I volunteer at the Normal Public Library with Partners in Reading which I meet every week with my second grade partner to help them read. I have completed over 730 pre-student teaching clinical hours in my time at Illinois State with 5th-8th graders. I have had clean background checks completed through the FBI and Illinois State police that are up to date. I have my own transportation along with a clean driving record and car insurance. I would love to be out and about with the kids doing fun summer activities! I am more than happy to assist with errands, meals, light household work, and laundry. I am more than comfortable with pets.
