I have a bachelor's in social work and many years of formal and informal childcare experience ranging from 6mos old - 16yrs old. In fall 2019, I will be returning from my two-year Peace Corps service as an 4th grade English teacher in Namibia, Africa, with a focus on child literacy. Prior to PC, I was looking after children in many different settings - summer camp counselor, residential youth shelter, week & weekend nanny, babysitter, etc. I am looking for a part-time nanny position - 2 weekdays consistently, plus nights and weekends as needed. Before I left for PC, I was adult, child, and infant CPR certified. I plan to renew upon return.
