Hi my name is Taylor. I’m a recent graduate from UIC’s Special Education Master’s Program and recently accepted a summer teaching position at Elim and a full-time teaching position next fall at Butterfield Elementary. I’ve been nannying since I was 11 years old, was a lifeguard and swim instructor for kids for 5 years, I worked at the center for disability services during my undergrad degree for 3.5 years, and I’ve been a paraprofessional in Chicago Public Schools for the past 3 years. I’ve worked with children of all ages and abilities and enjoy them all equally. I’m extremely responsible, hardworking, organized, creative, outgoing, friendly, and very sociable! I am currently saving money for a down payment on a future home, and am seeking a rewarding opportunity to work with kiddos alongside of my summer teaching job.
