Jacinda is fantastic! My 2.5 year old son has never has a babysitter before, but he warmed right up to Jacinda when they first met, and he couldn't wait for her to come back to play with him. Jacinda is professional (confirms ahead of time, arrives on time) and excellent with my son. She puts him right at ease, follows his lead for what he wants to play with, is patient, and is very upbeat. I have full confidence leaving my son with Jacinda, knowing he will be well cared for. We will definitely be using her again.
