Dear Family, Thank you for taking the time to consider my application. I’m honored to have the opportunity to be a part of your village. I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Lena and I’m married to my husband Benjamin Pierce. Ben and I have five children… our oldest child is almost 16 and our youngest is almost 2! With that said, I understand wholeheartedly the importance of meeting the highest expectations set forth by prospective, new and seasoned parents in regards to the care their children receive in their absence. Over the last 16 years, I’ve grown to understand the importance of nurturing a child’s essence and I’ve made it my top priority to be sure they feel seen and they feel heard.
