Hello! My name is Ladonna (though my daycare kiddos know me as Ms. Donna). My love for working with children started at a young age when I would babysit for friends and family. Before entering the childcare field, I worked with individuals with developmental disabilities, which taught me so much about patience, empathy, and individualized care. I’ve also had the privilege of working with children with disabilities, and it’s something I’m very passionate about. Now, as a mom to two wonderful boys—ages 6 and 2—I’ve continued to build on that experience. I’ve worked in public school settings, daycare settings, and have also served as a volunteer Girl Scout troop leader. I truly love what I do and believe every child deserves respect, kindness, and attention. I care for each child as if they were my own.
