Chanel was a joy to hire, she was incredibly flexible, punctual, kind, responsible and very reliable. I've hired her on two occasions where the kids loved her! I have two littles that she managed to get down for naps, and even left little notes for me to let me know to how long they slept. Would definitely recommend her to first time parents as she's very well versed in her position!

Unreliable and inconsistent- she showed up late to her interview- told her she was available to start immediately and then canceled because she had a birthday party to go to- and then after speaking with her references, it was not matching what she had told us regarding her experience- we decided not to hire her
