We hired Kay to babysit our two young kids when I had to be out for a business travel for a couple of days. Kay was extremely professional, punctual, engaging with kids, experienced, flexible, and open minded. We had her come in at odd hours (6 AM and 6 PM) and she was always on time or early. She knew what she was doing. Our 2 year old daughter who usually takes time to get used to anyone new was asking about playing with Kay even after Kay's scheduled visits. We strongly recommend her for your next sitter needs. She thoroughly enjoys what she does.

Kay arrived on time. She was polite and answered questions prior to babysitting. She was attentive and engaged with my son. She assisted my son with activities, such as coloring and using stickers. Kay prepared my son's snack and lunch and helped clean up after meal time. Thank you.

In addition to all her excellent reviews for childcare, she did an incredible job watching my cat fur-baby while I was on vacation for 2 weeks! She sent text photos showing that he was doing well, and she didn't mind bringing in packages that showed up, even though we hadn't discussed it beforehand. She even mixed up his special food for him! This is the least angry/sulky with me for leaving he has been following time away than he has ever been before, which I attribute to Kay's caring attitude and knowing that he's a loved family member. I definitely recommend her, and will use her again.

Kay is amazing, she is friendly, and the kids love her!

Kay is very sweet and extremely prompt! The kids had a great time playing games and having snacks and having a dance party!! Very interactive and everyone was happy!!

Kay was the first babysitter that we’ve had outside of our family and relatives to watch our three girls (9-7-5 yro), and we had a great experience with her. Kay was very responsive, professional, empathetic and friendly throughout our interactions. Her experience in childcare reflected in the way she immediately started to get to know the children, and in how she made them feel comfortable with her as my husband and I were getting ready to leave. My girls enjoyed their time with Kay, and said they’d be happy to have her babysit again. I appreciate how Kay made this process easy and worry-free. Looking forward to working with her again!

Kay is wonderful with our toddler! She knew just how to connect with him so he became comfortable with her very quickly at the first visit. She is energetic and creative, which is just what he needs! She is also very nurturing and jumped right in to diaper changes and feeding. She embraced and upheld our household rules and provided gentle guidance to our little one. My husband and I feel very comfortable with her.

Kay is very punctual, warm, patient & energetic and did a good job in taking care of our 5 year old daughter. She took my daughter to the nearby playground and trails, and to play with our neighbor's kids. When weather was not great outside, she played with her inside the house and kept her engaged. My daughter liked playing with her and had a very good time.

Kay told me that if there was a possibility of me canceling she would not work with me. I can’t see the future and my son has separation anxiety and sometimes can’t leave my side but I never know if that’s going to be the case until the day of. How could I? I even offered her a cancellation fee and I offered to give her references for my character to show her that I was honest and reliable. It’s usual for the Babysitter to give references but not the parent so I felt I was going above and beyond by doing that.

Kay was wonderful for our day visiting with friends. She was timely, engaging with our daughter, took her to the park & library and our 2.5 year old loved the time she spent with Kay. We wished we lived here so that we could use her again.

We hired Kay fo care for our 10 month old. Kay was very timely, professional and incredibly self sufficient. Kay has a great personality and is a very interesting person. Our main piece of advice is that Kay has a lot of strong opinions which is a good, however we found at times it was overwhelming. We did find that even if we said no to something she would keep pushing the topic to make her point know. This was not a good mix with us personally and at times I had to ask her to stop. We would have preferred more interaction and play with our baby who is the same as any 10 month old lots of energy. But for the short time we knew she was well looked after. However, if you are someone who is looking for a Nanny who drives more of the direction of the child care based on their experience and not afraid to let you know she disagrees she is perfect for you. Kay definetly will advocate for what she thinks is best because she does care. Kay would be brilliant with older kids who are more self sufficient than a younger baby. Unfortunately we were just not a good fit together. Kay is definitely trust worthy.

I’ve been using Kay to help with the care of my Mom and Dad, who both suffer from memory problems. She’s been amazing with them, so much that I’m using her on a regular basis now! Kay is patient, kind and a great companion to both of them. She’s reliable and trustworthy, I highly recommend her!!

Finally getting around to writing this review. Kay babysat my two boys for a date night and did a great job! Her daughter accompanied her and my boys had a fun time and went to bed great. Definitely love Ms. Kay!

She is on time. Very organized, and love to get things done. She left a huge impression with my 2 and 3 year-old kids, and they still talk about her till date. We are still in regular contact with her, and she comes in to babysit every now and then. Strictly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a nanny/babysitter.

We had a temp position for Kay and she was amazing. She was great with our 2 & 3 year old's. She was dependable, on-time and most importantly cared about our kids. She was great at engaging with them and kept them active. She made meals and cleaned up. She played, went to the park and our kids had a great time. Wish we had a position for her permanently . In a small amount of time she became a member of a family. I would recommend hiring her.

Kay watched our 3 & 5 year olds for an evening out. She was prompt and very personable upon arrival. She made them dinner, played games with them, and read them stories. The children were very happy with her the next morning. We would hire her again.

Kay took care of my 3 preschoolers so my husband and I could go out and take a nighttime cooking class. She was friendly, attentive, and immediately set me and my kids at ease. The house was kept clean, and my kids said they had a wonderful time with her. Would definitely enlist Kay’s services again! Thanks!

Kay sat our 4 kids so my wife and I could have a night out. The moment she walked in and starting chatting it was as if we have known her forever. She did an amazing job with the kids and they loved having her around. We will definitely be calling her again next time we need a sitter!

We partnered Kay to care for our 6-month old baby and we are glad that we were able to meet her. She is kind, on time, and reliable for the given tasks. She also doesn't hesitate to give her opinions when things require our attention. Kay goes beyond than what is asked for her - she would voluntarily pick up and help with household chores. When faced with challenges as the 1st time parent, we sincerely value her guides and tips which she has accumulated from her past experiences. We (myself, husband and our baby) are so happy with her. Our husband works at home so he can see how she interacts with our 5month old daughter. She takes care of our baby like her own. Sometimes better than us. She plays with our daughter, takes her out for a walk, and helps with her nap time (our spoiled little one won't take a nap in a crib). While she takes care of our spoiled baby, she also takes care of baby laundry and bottles. She is always on time and comes with smile. She always respects the way we want. She is a fast learner so we did not spend much time for showing her things. We call her auntie Kay. I am happy to be a reference for her. Oh, one more thing, she speaks fluent Englsih and Korean which has been great plus for us as want our baby exposed to both languages.
