Hello, my name is Bonnie. I am 68 years young and still possess an incredible amount of energy. I recently retired from a 45 year career as a certified pharmacy technician. I have been married for 30 years, live in Warrenville, own my own home, and have a newer vehicle. I have a double BS degree from Illinois State University in Sociology and Anthropology. I also hold a certificate of social work which involved another 24 hours of study. In addition, I have taken several courses in childhood growth and development. Having my own children has never been a possibility for me, but I have been blessed with several nephews and one niece. I was fortunate enough to be a very strong influence in all of their lives, and I even nannied one for the first year of his life, while living in Italy with his mom and dad. I Read more provided childcare in the Wheaton area for a couple who would travel for business, sometimes staying in their house for up to 4 days. They are still in the area and are available for a reference. I am available on a part-time basis desiring no more than three days per week, which could include weekends. I am a creative, fun person who loves to do craft projects with age-appropriate children. I believe all children are gifted and enjoy nurturing their special talents. I have been an unofficial foster mom to Tracey, a mentally and physically handicapped female who I've known since 1975. Unfortunately, she passed away this last December and this has left a large void in my life. Please, let's talk, and discover if we could be mutually beneficial.
