I have an M.A. in Clinical Counseling in which I have had formal training in therapeutic play (I love to play!) and developmental psychology. In addition to the training I have received, I have years of experience working with children both in a formal and informal setting. From these experiences I am able to provide a cognitively stimulating, fun, and safe environment for children. I am willing to do anything that may ease the families I work for, be it cooking, cleaning, or assisting the children with homework. I find it important to join with the families that I work with through becoming an extension of the activities and current parenting strategies used by that family.
