I recently moved from the Chicago suburbs, was in California for six months and am now happy to be in Las Vega! I have worked with children from birth to age 18 years old. My work experience includes working for two YMCA summer camps as Equestrian Director and as a teacher's assistant in a Montessori school for ages three through six. Additionally, I taught in after school art and science programs, and have been teaching riding lessons for over ten years. I am very active and creative, holding an Interior Design degree in addition to an MBA, so tutoring all subjects is not a problem. I enjoy all outdoor activities as well as arts and crafts, reading and music. I also love cooking and baking! Having been the Head of Housekeeping for a local historic house museum, I have no problem organizing and keeping the household tidy as well. I Read more am registered to refresh my CPR and First Aid certifications which were last done in 2011. I also took CNA classes so I would be better prepared for more in-depth care if necessary. Helping children and young adults achieve their best is my goal and is so rewarding! I am seeking a long term position where I can truly make a positive impact on the lives of the family I work with. I am very organized yet flexible as needed, a team player. I have excellent professional references and can provide you with my resume if needed. My fee is flexible and I am more interested in a great family fit!
