My name is Vivian Pacheco. In the past I have worked as a tutor at Greenbay Elementary School in North Chicago. I worked with ages 5 through 11 years of age. After Greenbay Elementary School I discovered A Village Green Montessori in Libertyville as an assistant teacher and have been working at the school for two years -I will be going on my third year this upcoming August. While working at VGM I have worked with ages 2-6 years of age and gained much experience in the field. I am also attending College of Lake County, majoring in early childhood education and afterwards am planning to transfer to Kendall College for my Bachelor's degree. We spoke on the phone and exchanged emails & texts leading up to a scheduled interview. I had indicated I would text her our address the morning of the interview. An hour before the scheduled interview I texted her to confirm attendance. She didn't respond until nearly 40 mins after she was scheduled to be here. It's disappointing to spend so much time reviewing profiles, resumes, having phone interviews and such for applicants to not show up or even bother to call/text prior to scheduled time.
