Hi families! My name is Nicole and I'm so excited for the opportunity to work with your family. To tell you a little about myself, I have a master's degree from ISU, I have worked in school, home, and clinic settings, and have spent much time working with children ranging from infancy to young adults. I absolutely love children and want to ensure that your child has fun, stays active, and has a variety of activities to engage in. Additionally, I'm available to help with academics/homework. I have a strong child behavioral and education background from my graduate training, and have worked with children with special needs, as well as typically developing children. I enjoy cooking and baking, playing sports and completing arts and crafts. I'm happy to complete household chores, meal prep, and care for any animals you may have in the household. Some of my previous experiences include: Read more full-time summer nanny for multiple summers; a part time sitter for after school/evening/overnight weekend care for various families; camp counselor for children ages 5-21;paraprofessional in a local Bloomington elementary school; provided academic tutoring and behavioral treatment through ISU clinics; and was a lead teacher for an early childhood program (ages 3-5).
