I am currently a graduate student at Rush University pursuing a degree in nursing. I absolutely love working with children and plan to become a pediatric nurse upon graduation. While a student at Wheaton College, I worked as a part-time nanny for two Wheaton families, one of three girls ages 5, 7, and 9 and one of two boys ages 4 and 7. I spent my summers working at HoneyRock, a summer camp in northern Wisconsin, where I counseled children ages 8-14 for 2 week sessions. The summer following college graduation I worked as a full-time nanny for a family near my hometown, Winnetka, IL. I nannied three children, 2, 4 and 7. I loved getting to know these kids over the course of a summer and working with their parents to create a consistent and loving home environment.
