I hate to give a negative review-especially when dealing with someone's career but I hope to save other parents time and energy. Amy and I communicated through email and had a phone conversation in which we connected. We then set up a face to face meeting and she cancelled due to the flu (understandable!)---but then continued to write she was very interested in the position and continued to push the meeting back. She wrote on a daily basis stating 'she would be sad' if we went with someone else. Thinking this was a true illness---we waited to meet with her for over a week and a half. Then all of the sudden-NOTHING. There was no more communication through phone, text or email. I have tried to reach out to ensure she is ok but she will not communicate back. I see she has been on the site often but will not write us back. If something has changed or she found a different position---no biggie! Just let us know. It's a simple request of respect and open communication.

We were looking forward to meeting Amy, however she never showed for the interview.
