I am a mom to a 2 year old girl and have years of experience working with children before becoming a mom. I have done most care for children in their home but have recently started to care for some in mine part time! I’m looking to find a more permanent family to grow and work with that is okay with my daughter being around. I've volunteered and worked in two preschools working with children ages 3-5. I love kids. I've taken some online training working towards CDA but not completed.. In the summer of 2019 I spent 10 hours a day Monday-Friday babysitting a 6-month-old baby girl and absolutely loved it.! I then, for 6 months was a nanny for two boys age 5, and 8. I did after school pick up, and drop offs to after school practices or functions. I made them dinner, and helped with homework Read more the best I could. Played with them and took them to museums, trampoline park, and other parks. Until Covid hit. The parents started to work from home and didn’t need anyone as a full time nanny any longer. I now occasionally watch a 17 month old boy in my home and my nephew who is almost 3 very part time! More just for when moms have appointments or need to run some errands? I loved all my nanny and babysitting jobs and can provide references! I can have very flexible and open availability, including on the weekends. We love to go on walks, play outside, and explore when it’s nice outside. I also love to draw, color and do crafts!
