Hi there. I’m Ashley. I used to work as a day care teacher in the school age room. I currently babysit through my local church in the toddler age/infant section. I’ve done childcare work since I was 16 so this is not new territory for me. I’m open to doing light housework and cooking as well as small errands as needed. At maximum I’m open to watching four children, and I can help with homework if needed for school age children. I’m also okay with taking care of dogs and cats including walking small dogs.

Ashley is so creative and pays attention to detail. She remembers big things like medical issues, and the small things like your kid’s favorite snack or color. She’s caring, for kids and their families, which is very important to me. Ashley is one of my go-to people for childcare!

I’m an experienced babysitter and nanny with over 10 years of hands on childcare experience, caring for children from infants through school age. I’ve supported families in both full-time roles and occasional date night and weekend care, and I’m comfortable stepping in seamlessly so parents can head out feeling confident. I’m calm, reliable, and attentive, with a strong focus on safety, routines, and keeping children happily engaged through age appropriate play, reading, and creative activities. I’m especially comfortable with bedtime routines, multiple children, and maintaining a smooth, peaceful evening. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, with training in child development and early childhood education principles. I value clear communication, respect family preferences, and aim to provide thoughtful, dependable care that feels easy and reassuring for both children and parents. Families often describe me as trustworthy, punctual, and easy to work with, and I take pride in creating a warm, safe environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel at ease.

Hi there! My name is Angel, and I absolutely adore spending time with children. They are bursting with incredible energy and an infectious joy that fills my heart. I am passionate about working with children because they have a remarkable ability to teach us valuable lessons, such as appreciating the simple pleasures in life. Over the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of working with children in various capacities, including babysitting, nannying, camp counseling, daycare assistance, teaching assistant, kindergarten and preschool teacher, and even as an education administrator. I have had the pleasure of working with children ranging from newborns to 16 years old, and I have grown to love getting to know their unique personalities and individual needs. Watching children grow and learn is an absolute delight for me. I am thrilled to be a part of their journey, helping them navigate the challenges of school and life in general. I have had the opportunity to work with children in different areas and schools through relief work, and I have developed a deep passion for childcare that I can’t ignore. Currently, I am pursuing my education by going back to study Early Childhood Education and Business. I am eagerly looking forward to completing my schooling and becoming a principal. Kids are simply my favorite to be around; they never fail to bring a sense of excitement and wonder into my life. Angel Murph

‼️PLEASE READ BIO‼️ I hope all is well, as of now, I'm only available on Saturdays and Sundays only ( open availability is up for discussion). I do not accept last minute bookings, and we must have a phone interview followed by an in-person interview before requesting care from me. I ask all parents to give me at least a 48-72 hour notice before booking service. I share 13 beautiful years caring for children from Newborn-School age and I love working alongside parents helping to enhance their children cognitive, social, and emotional development. Reaching milestones, using hands-on recreational and educational activities and building strong relationships to ensure a safe, fun, and comfortable work environment. A typical day for me once you reach out we will have a phone or video interview discussing important information regarding your child. I will also share with you some amazing experiences I've had caring for children. After our phone discussion, I will then send over at least 2-3 professional references. If you decide I'm a good fit or will like to do a work trial, we will then set up a time and place to meet. Rather its at your home, where you will be showing me around giving me details such as your childs daily routine, showing me where bathrooms are, what area the children plays in the home the most, diaper changing areas, what to do and not to do in your home, any restrictioned areas, ect. If you prefer to have a in-person interview over phone or local places such as a Starbucks or dunkin donuts we can do that as well and no worries coffee and donuts on me! This is to ensure both parents and I are on the same page and children are comfortable and familiar with me. Once everything is set and stone you will then let me know the times you will need care. I will then confirm your request and keep you updated on my arrival time. I always arrive at least 15-30 mins early for all bookings request. I will then engage with children throughout the day, keeping a daily activity log, and send cute pictures and videos throughout the day to show how much fun your child or children are having. Understand I take my job very seriously so your children are in the best hands when under my care, so if you're interested please reach out to me at (872)-288-2261. Thank you! Looking forward to meeting you and your family!

Khaliah helped us last minute when we really needed it. She was extremely sweet with our little boy, and very thoughtful and considerate while in our home. While our kiddo is in daycare and we don’t need regular support, I’m excited for the opportunity to have Khaliah watch our kiddo again!!

Hi, I'm Michele! I'm getting married in May 2027 and am looking for a small part-time opportunity doing something I genuinely love in addition to my full-time work. I've been a clinical mental health therapist for the past 11 years and currently work full-time Tuesday through Friday. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 10 years working in childcare, including several years as a full-time nanny. During that time, I worked with seven wonderful families, four of which were nanny shares, caring for children of all ages. With an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, extensive nanny experience, and over a decade as a therapist, I also bring 15 years of experience specializing in parent coaching. If it's something your family would find helpful, I'd be happy to incorporate parent coaching into our time together. My approach is rooted in child development and behavioral science rather than any one parenting philosophy. I believe every child and family is unique, so I work collaboratively with parents to develop individualized strategies that fit their specific needs and values. Of course, if you're simply looking for a reliable, nurturing, and experienced caregiver, I'm equally happy to focus on providing exceptional care for your little humans—whether they're infants, toddlers, school-aged kids, or somewhere in between.

We are very fortunate to have found Michele through Sitter City three years ago. She became the nanny to our then 6- week-old son and gave excellent care. Three years later, Michelle continues to be involved in our son and his new younger brothers' life, occasionally babysitting and has recently been taking our older boy with her on activities with with her younger brothers and her son. It is the highlight of his week and he has a blast. We feel lucky to have met Michele and we encourage you to contact us if you are considering her, Chris (323-687-3639) or Elizabeth (310-699-5906).

Hi! My name is Taylor, I worked at a daycare for about a year in high school, did a lot of babysitting for family & friends. I went to Elementary school in Hyde park, later moved to the suburbs and went to high school at Thornwood, started college at Governors state. I joined sittercity because I eventually want to open up a daycare and thought I should start working more in the career I love and want to permanently work in. Whether it’s helping with homework, keeping little ones entertained, or just making sure they feel cared for, I’m here to help! I’m very responsible, reliable and patient. I’d be happy to support your family whenever you need an extra hand.

Hi my name is Maria I am a 25 year old female and I am looking to care for kids and provide them excellent care. I have experience with infants and toddlers, I used to work as a teachers assistant at a daycare in my area sadly I could not continue working in the daycare because I started school and they only had full time positions available. I am good at communicating with small children and helping them with their homework as well as meal prep, laundry for children and giving them emotional support when needed. I am a non smoker, I promise to take care of your kid as if he/she/they were my own. I have my own car so valid transportation you will receive. you will not regret it! Super reliable and punctual. I have a lot of active experience right now and have been working with families these past 3 months. I have had the opportunity to care for a 5 month old who is now 9 months, A toddler, pre school age child, and two girls who are now 6 years old and 12 years old. I have very active experience and I am looking forward to being able to help families and give them the extra support that they need! I am very punctual and will always let know ahead of time if there are any issues with scheduling but I am pretty reliable. I love working with baby’s and kids and see myself doing this long term. I do have an active background check, motor vehicle background check, cpr certifications and can provide great references to speak on my work.
