My name is Katie and I'm 25 years old. I have taken classes in early childhood education and have worked with young and elementary school age children alike. Previously I have been a teacher of Toddlers and Twos at the YMCA, as well as substituting for other age groups. I have also supervised 5th graders in an after school program, including working with children on the autism spectrum. My most recent child care experience involved serving as a nanny for an infant from the time she was 3 months old, to the time she was about 14 months old. I left child care in April to take a position doing clerical work in an insurance office, but I'm just not feeling as fulfilled as when I worked with children.
