I am a Senior at Ball State University. I grew up with seven siblings. I now have three nieces, ages 5, 3, and 2, and two more on the way this summer. I babysit for them in the summer when I am at home. I love taking them to the park and doing anything active outdoors. Picnics, walks in the woods, games and swing-sets are all my favorite. I worked at camp last summer as a wrangler counselor, taking care of children and horses and making sure the children in my care were safe as they participated in camp activities and especially around horses. My love for children began when I was quite young. Among many other references, Isaiah 1:17 says to defend and care for the orphan. I know God cares deeply for all children, and I do too.
