With over 25 years experience as a nanny and household manager, I bring maturity and stability to this busy, chaotic, world. I pride myself on crafting a calm environment where kids feel safe to explore and grow. I’m a non-smoking, non-drinking, Christian, who’s been married for 30 years to my best friend. I was born in Indianapolis on August 3, 1973 (age 42), as the third daughter of Durwood and Sarah Nolin, both deceased. I attended IPS School #98 for Kindergarten through Second Grade, Faithway Christian School for Third and Fourth Grade, and Heritage Christian School for Fifth through Twelfth Grade. My husband, Rob, and I met at Ball State University in 1991 and married August 12, 1995. We have lived in Muncie, Anderson, and Indianapolis. In 2016, we built our second house in Franklin Township. Rob works from home as a Broker Services Representative for United HealthCare. We are Read more members and lay leaders at Warren Baptist Church, a multi-lingual, multi-ethnic congregation. Rob is the Deacon Chairman and I serve as the Kids Ministry Director and on staff as the Communications and Office Coordinator. In our free time, we enjoy the arts, travel, reading, movies, and games. After decades as a nanny and household manager, it was time in 2017 to prioritize my own family and I retired in order to care for my aging mother who had Parkinson’s Disease. Caring for my mother full-time in an accessible home we built for her was my mission until her death in 2022. Following her passing, I worked part-time in the retail floral industry and events management at Post Road English Garden. Our lives became richer in 2025, as we became the co-legal guardians of Anh (13) along with her sister, Stacey (24). These lovely, Vietnamese girls joined our family in May when their mother had to return to their county. They are both excellent students. Stacey is a freshman studying tourism at IU Indianapolis and Anh is an 8th grader at Franklin Central Junior High and plays viola in the orchestra I am a leader who is comfortable making decisions. I am creative, yet practical and highly organized. I value efficiency and effectiveness. I enjoy accomplishing tasks and having fun, if possible, at the same time.
