My name is Emily. I’ve been babysitting since I was 13 and have always loved it. Shortly after I turned 13 I had an interest in finding a job and my mom started finding families around our neighborhood that needed help either after school or just on date nights. I started out with two kids, one being 7 and the other being 10. I fell in love with working the second I started. Having a job showed me how to manage my time and money while also having fun and enjoying my job. Now that I’m older and have been babysitting while having a separate job it has become a bit harder to keep up with the schedule. So now I’m looking for more of a long term position instead of having two jobs wether it be babysitting, nannying, or just cleaning up the house and watching the pets. I Read more really do love the kids. It’s really what makes each job fun and enjoyable for me and getting to know each kid and fall in love with how smart caring they can be. Currently I just help with babysitting for family friends or watching pets. I will be graduating high school in May of 2023 which is very exciting! I also have plans of beginning college this next fall. I would love to start a summer or long term job as soon as possible!
