Ashley was one of our finalists for our full time nanny position. She was punctual, outgoing, and friendly. At first, we communicated on Sittercity, and her responses were extremely thorough, and timely. During the phone interview she was warm and did a great job explaining her background. Eventually, we met in person for the final interview, and Ashley did a brilliant job explaining her fit for our position.
