Hi! My name is Katie, I'm 25 and I'm looking for work in Kailua and the surrounding area. Children have been my passion and I have multiple years of experience working at elementary schools in my hometown as a teacher's aide. In addition, I've done tutoring and nannied during the summer months when school is out. My extended family is very large, and I spent most of my teenage years babysitting my younger cousins. Currently, I am visiting my sister who lives on the marine base Kaneohe. I will be in town until the end of September but am moving to Kailua in mid-October. Unfortunately, I am only seeing employment within ~5mi of Kailua. I will only have a bicycle upon moving and won't have access to a car until later this year. As far as education, I have a bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Wake Forest University and Read more graduated in 2019. In addition, I attended on a soccer scholarship and was a 4-year starter. I have experience doing soccer training with children aged 7-14 in both individual and small group settings. My hobbies include soccer, sand volleyball, hiking, all things fitness related, and I'm an avid reader.
